Returns are accepted; however, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product was damaged in its initial shipment, in which case CAC will resend the order or offer a partial to full refund depending on the extent of the damage. When we have regular access to our office, orders are fulfilled on a rolling basis, once a week on Fridays, and customers usually receive their orders within 7 days of when items leave our facility. Customers will receive an email notification when a shipping label is generated.

We use a combination of USPS and UPS to ship orders. We ask for your patience and understanding when receiving shipping notifications, orders are fulfilled in-house by our small team, and fulfillment delays do occur periodically. Please Note: Due to the irregular size of some of our products, shipments may be split into multiple packages and may arrive separately.

International Shipping

We now offer shipping to the US, Canada, and Mexico, however we currently do not ship outside of North America. Please contact with any questions.
